Heaters

In general, a heater is the part of the engine cooling system intended to increase the comfort and safety of vehicle passengers. Coolant, heated by the engine flows through the heater. Thanks to heat exchange the surrounding air becomes warm. The interior blower blows the warm air inside. Unlike a radiator, where the thermostat moderates the flow, the heater begins to heat up when the engine starts. Comfort advantage is obvious, but safety is more important. The faster interior of the vehicle heats up, the more quickly defrosted and/or demisted windows provide sufficient visibility.
